Speicher is a 1999 Ball State graduate, and in 2004 earned his graduate administrative degree.
Speicher is married to Mickey, who is a teacher at Milford Elementary, and they have three children, Dorian, Isabel and Abby. Ihnen served as principal at Pierceton Elementary for three years.
A resident of North Manchester, she will work in early childhood development with Metro North Elementary in Wabash County.
