Special Olympics held a formal dance event, "An Evening Under the Stars," June 22 at the The First Christian Church of Warsaw.
The event was a huge success with about 60 Special Olympic athletes and others in attendance. Fun was had by all with dancing, food and refreshments and pictures taken in the prom setting.
Becky Walls, director of Special Olympics Indiana Kosciusko County, was pleased by the turn out and thanked Pastor Jon Hembree and all the other people in the church who made this possible.
Pictured (L to R) dancing are Ray Duriga, Michelle Boxell and Nona Bilton.
