WINONA LAKE - Congressman Mark Souder will provide the spring American Lyceum Lecture, co-sponsored by the Village at Winona and Grace College, April 12 at 8 p.m. in Historic Westminster Hall in Winona Lake.
The congressman replaces Kent Bentson, who was originally scheduled to speak.
Souder's address is titled "American Foreign Policy and Its Effect on Kosciusko County."
Admission is free and the public is encouraged to participate.
