So Much Pfffft

Yes, Virginia, there is a republic. It is the United States of America, established 1783 as a federal republic founded on the principles of a democracy – “and to the republic for which it stands.”

All the rantings and ravings by our local “expert” re: civil war and oligarchy are just so much pfffft.

TM didn't just “lead” the California Klan 30 years ago, he was the Grand (unashamed) Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan. My recounting it is a “bore”?

Get used to it. I will recount it every time I respond to one of your outrageous, anti-everything letters.

Not one of our presidents is, or has been, a “war criminal.” Not one of them ever started a “war.” The Germans, Japanese, Italians, North Koreans, North Vietnamese, al-Queda and the Taliban “started” wars.

The president “in office” at the time responded accordingly.

The “one person-one vote” still exists. You vote for an issue, to elect someone either for an office or to represent you in congress.

You, TM, have no proof that most people are “too lazy, greedy or cowardly to vote.” None – voting is a right – so is not voting. No vote – no voice – but, TM, there is absolutely no requirement to protect their freedom with blood.

I will not speak for any other “wounded warrior,” only for me: I did not “bleed” for “Old Glory, mom’s apple pie or the American way.” I was wounded performing a mission(s) – it had nothing to do with anyone’s freedom – it concerned survival.

As far as TM’s comments re: the American Cancer Society – absolutely outrageous.

I prefer to let those connected with cancer research/cure to respond.

Please God, save our republic.
