NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION To: William Snyder 7202 Brackenwood Court Fort Wayne, IN 46835 And all other interested parties Smith's Resort, LLC with a business address of 99 EMS W14 Lane, North Webster, Indiana, currently has in it possession a mobile home which will be offered for public sale at 99 EMS W14 Lane, Lot 7A, North Webster, Indiana on March 19, 2012 at 8 a.m. Pursuant to Indiana Code § 16-41-27-29, Smith's Resort, LLC has a first priority lien on the mobile home that will be sold arising from delinquent lot rent and other damages owned by William Snyder to Smith's Resort, LLC in the amount of Six Thousand Ten Dollars ($6,010.00). The following mobile home will be offered for sale at public auction AS IS: 1973 Darian model mobile home, Serial Number #52839 ("Mobile Home") believed to be owned by William Snyder. The successful bidder for the Mobile Home must pay the successful bid at the said auction in cash or by a certified check. Additional, said Mobile Home must be immediately removed by the successful bidder from the premises. In accordance with the requirements of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles ("BMV"), the successful bidder must further subsequently obtain an order from a court of competent jurisdiction directing the BMV to transfer the certificate of title to the Mobile Home into the name of the successful bidder, with the successful bidder assuming all obligations as to the proper competition of this title transfer process.
