A small fire broke out on the first floor of Parkview Hospital in Warsaw late Monday morning. The building is under construction and suffered little to no damage, according to Warsaw Fire Chief Mike Wilson. The cause of the fire is being investigated. Warsaw Fire Department was assisted by the Winona Lake Fire Department.
