Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a single-vehicle collision just before 8 a.m. today. According to Sgt. Chad Hill, Angela Bonewitz, 38, North Manchester, was traveling southbound on Packerton Road near the intersection of CR 700S when she lost control of her vehicle on the snow-covered roadway and struck a REMC utility pole, snapping it in half. Bonewitz complained of minor pain but escaped serious injury. The scene was cleared shortly after the accident occured.
