NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES Property owners, ratepayers and other interested parties in or served or to be served by the Water Utility of the Town of Silver Lake are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 10-02-14, establishing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the Water Utility, was introduced at a meeting of the Town Council on September 10, 214. At a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7:00 p.m. on October 8, 2014, in the Silver Lake Town Hall, 604 North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of rates and charges and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 10-02-14, which provides in part as follows: Section 1.
