NOTICE OF A HEARING ON PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES Property owners, ratepayers and other interested parties served or to be served by the Sewage Works of the Town of Silver Lake are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 10-03-14, establishing rates and charges for service to be rendered by the Sewage Works, was introduced at a meeting of the Town Council held on April 8, 2015. At a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7:00 pm on May 13, 2015 in the Town Hall, 604 North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of the rates and charges, and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 04-03-15, which provides in part as follows: Section 3.
