ORDINANCE NUMBER 07-01-12 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 05-01-08 Whereas, The Town Council of the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, ("Town") adopted Ordinance No. 05-01-08 on May 13, 2008, which Ordinance amended Ordinance Number 08-01-07; and, Whereas, a copy of Ordinance Number 05-01-08 and Ordinance Number 08-01-07 as originally adopted are attached hereto as "Exhibit A"; and, Whereas, the Town Council of the Town of Silver Lake has determined that Ordinance Number 05-01-08 should be amended to specify that the tax abatement program for the annexation territory shall include real property taxes and personal property taxes. Now, therefore, be it ordained by the town council of the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, as follows: 1. The tax abatement program for the annexation territory shall include real property taxes and personal property taxes. 2. That except as herein provided, the provisions of Ordinance Number 05-01-08 shall remain in effect as originally adopted.
