ORDINANCE 06-03-16 AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH TWO-WAY AND ONE-WAY STREETS WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Silver Lake wishes to repeal the one-way street restriction going south on Pearson Blvd and east on Myrtle Glenn Road and; WHEREAS, the Silver lake Town Council establishes it necessary for the even flow of traffic that Pearson Blvd. going north and South a two-way street and Myrtle Glenn Road going east and west a two-way street and; WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Silver Lake wishes to modify Shutt Ave. a one-way street restriction going west bound to a one-way street restriction going east bound. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Silver Lake Town Council, Kosciusko County,Indiana that Pearson Blvd and Myrtle Glenn Rd. are two-way streets and Shutt Ave. is a one-way street going east bound.
