NOTICE The Town of Silver Lake (604 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, Indiana 46982), is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Silver Lake DR2 Stormwater System Improvements. This project will occur in Silver Lake, Indiana 46982. Run-off from the project site will discharge to an unnamed ditch west of State Road 15.
