INDIANAPOLIS - Anyone with information leading to the arrest of a suspected arsonist could receive a reward of up to $1,000.
Alden Taylor of the State Fire Marshal's Office said that the fire at South Central Emergency Medical Services was "a set fire" and the investigation is ongoing.
An arson hotline at 800-382-4628 can accept confidential calls regarding information on this fire.
Taylor said no details will be released as to the findings from the fire investigation until after a suspect is in custody. "We just want to keep that between us and the guy who did it," Taylor said.
Fire was reported Tuesday morning at SCEMS while the ambulance was out of the parking bay at the scene of another fire. Damage to the facility was reported to be minimal.
