Notice is hereby given, that the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana will from this date accept bids for: (1) Demolition and removal of debris at property located at 3189 W. Kermit St., Silver Lake, IN 46582. Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Silver Lake Clerk-Treasurer, for the Town of Silver Lake until 3:00 pm prevailing, local time on the 14th of February, 2012. All bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Silver Lake Town Hall during the Public Meeting scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, February, 2012. Bids shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bid/Demolition and Debris Removal", mailed to the Town of Silver Lake Clerk-Treasurer, PO Box 159, Silver Lake, Indiana 46982, or delivered to the Silver Lake Clerk-Treasurer located at 604 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, Indiana 46982. The successful bidder must be a licensed contractor.
