NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of SILVER LAKE CIVIL TOWN , Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper officers of SILVER LAKE CIVIL TOWN at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 604 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, will conduct a public hearing on the year 2012 budget. Following this meeting, any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the political subdivision within seven days after the hearing. The objection petition must i dentify the provisions of the budget, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, th e political sub division shall adopt with its budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony present ed. Following the aforementioned meeting, the fiscal body will meet at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 11, 2 011 at 604 North Jefferson St. Silver Lake to adopt the following budget.
