LEGAL NOTICE PLAN IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The Town of Silver Lake has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the Town of Silver Lake will offer time for Public Comment during the January 8, 2013 Silver lake Town Council Meeting. During this meeting the Transition Plan will be presented. Written comments will be accepted through February 9, 2013 until 3:00 pm Portions of the Transition Plan will be located on the Town of Silver Lake Website at www.townofsilverlake.com and are provided to the Silver Lake Post Office at 104 E.
