ORDINANCE NUMBER 2010-02 AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING ORDINANCE NO. 1982-5 WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Sidney, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 1982-5, an Ordinance Prohibiting the Keeping of Certain Animals Within the Town; and WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered the need to modify this Ordinance in order to update the same and to bring the provisions of this Ordinance in conformance with past practice, and WHEREAS, the Town Council believes the modification of this Ordinance as provided herein is in the best interests of the residents of the Town. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Town Council of the Town of Sidney, Kosciusko County, Indiana: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1982-5, Section 2, providing for the definition of the term of "livestock:' shall no longer include poultry or chickens Section 2. That any all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed as well, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and due publication as provided by law.
