The town of Sidney has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-Of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the Town of Sidney will offer time for Public Comment during the November 11, 2013 board meeting During this meeting, the Transition Plan will be presented. Written comments will be accepted through November 11 until 4:00 pm. Portions of the Transition Plan will be located at the Sidney Fire Station and Community Building at 103 Center Street, Sidney, IN 46562. Written comments can be sent to Kenneth Koontz, 306 N.
