New officers of the Kosciusko County Shrine Club recently were installed to their offices by Potentate Mike Busche of the Mispah Shrine in Fort Wayne. Accepting their assignments for 2007 are (L to R): Joe Paxton, treasurer; Jim Fleming, president; Richard Carman, vice president; and Jerry Aylor, secretary. The ceremony was conducted during a ladies night dinner at the Shrine Building Jan. 10. Shriners are responsible for conducting projects during the year to fund their 22 hospitals around the country that treat children with crippling diseases or injuries from burns. Regional hospitals in this area are in Chicago and Cincinnati.
