You are hereby notified that on the 18th day of December, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Jeff Heffelfinger, Michael D. Clay and Terry Clay for vacation of a portion of EMS B60D Lane within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest comer of Lot 10 in First Addition to Shore Acres on Sechrist Lake, thence northerly on and along an extension of the west line of Lot 10 to the point of intersection with the north line of the public way, thence easterly, on and along the north line of the public way to the point of intersection with the east line of the west 1/2 of Lot 9 extended northerly, thence southerly on and along the east line of the west 1/2 of Lot 9 extended northerly to the northeast comer of the west 1/2 of Lot 9, thence westerly on and along the north line of the west 1/2 of Lot 9 and Lot 10 to the place of beginning.
