Shirley Mae Greer, 85, formerly of Syracuse, died Monday, May 11, 2020, at Solaris Healthcare in Port Charlotte, Fla.
She was born Sept. 16, 1934, in Silver Lake, to Alice Courtney Gaut and Arthur Hogan. She was married to Leonard H. Greer; he preceded her.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, May 18 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw. Due to the current, unprecedented guidelines limiting public gatherings because of the COVID-19 virus and safety concerns, the visitation is limited to 25 people at a time. Please use good judgment in determining the length of your visit or if you should attend. There will be no congregating in the parking lot and physical distancing of 6 feet is mandatory.
Shirley’s life will be celebrated with a service following visitation at 11 a.m. Monday, May 18 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by Pastor Bruce Barlow. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Lakeview Cemetery in Larwill. Please follow social distancing guidelines at the cemetery as well.
