Shirley Evans Timmons, 80, of Warsaw, died at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 14, 2010, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

She was born Dec. 10, 1929, in South Bend, to Clarence R. and Cleo Allen Brundige. On July 26, 1952, she married William F. Evans, who preceded her in death. On Nov. 1, 1979, in Leesburg, she married Ross L. Timmons, who died June 14, 2004.

She was born and raised in South Bend, moving to Kosciusko County in 1979. She graduated from John Adams High School and attended Indiana University. She was a member of Redgedale Presbyterian Church. She was an antique dealer since 1962, and owned Buggy Crossing Antique Mall, Nappanee.

Surviving are two sons, William Evans Jr. and Jeffrey Evans, both of Leesburg; three stepchildren: Vickie (and spouse Michael) Miller, Milford; Peggy Borton, Goshen; Anthony Timmons, St. Petersburg, Fla.; three grandchildren, Eric Hatfield, Chicago, Ill., and Stephanie and Scott Evans, both of South Bend; and a sister, Phyllis (and spouse Richard) Stewart, North Liberty. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Evans, who died in 1997.

No services are planned. Burial will be at a later date.

Calling is from 1 to 6 p.m. Oct. 25 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw.
