RICHMOND — Twenty-nine Indiana University East student-athletes qualified for the All-Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete Team for the 2012-13 school year. Among those recognized was Warsaw Community High School graduate Sarah Shilling, who plays volleyball at IU East. It’s the highest number of academic all-conference honorees in IU East’s history. All athletes with a cumulative 3.25 grade point average after at least two semester of attendance at a KIAC institution are named to the All-KIAC Scholar-Athlete Team.
