The death of a 42-year-old North Manchester woman is being investigated by the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.
KCSD deputies responded to a 911 call at 5635 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, at Sellers Lake.
Virgil R. Steven woke to find Patricia Ann Blackburn unconscious and called 911.
EMS and paramedics arrived and took Blackburn to Kosciusko Community Hospital where she was pronounced dead by Kosciusko County Deputy Coroner Larry Ladd.
Preliminary information indicates an overdose of prescription medications combined with a medical condition.
Investigators are awaiting results of an autopsy and toxicology results.
