Sheriff's Department Calls Drug Collection Successful

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department K Code drug dropoff box collected 132 pounds of prescription drugs during the National Take Back Inititiative.
During the weeklong event where residents could drop off unused or expired prescription drugs KCSD collected four boxes that totaled 132 pounds.
On Saturday KCSD Public Information Officer Chad Hill met with Delores Williams, a Drug Enbforment Agency agent from Merillville, to give her the drugs collected from the week.
KCSD participates in NTBI twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall.
