NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Boone County, Indiana in Cause No. 06D02-1508-SC-0878 wherein Hoosier Contractors & Joshua White were Defendants/Counterclaim-Plaintiffs, and Clyde Alexander was the Plaintiff/County-Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of October, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
