Beginning at a PK nail found at the southeast corner of said southwest quarter; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west (assumed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the south line of said southwest quarter, being within the right-of-way of County Road 400 North, a distance of 706.5 feet to a Mag nail; thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 229.21 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence south 89 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds east, being partially on and along an existing fence line, a distance of 339.18 feet to a rail iron post found; thence north 00 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds west, on and along an existing fence line and the northerly projection of said fence line, a distance of 588.5 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, a distance of 373.20 feet to a mag nail on the east line of said southwest quarter; thence south 00 degrees 21 minutes 05 seconds west, on and along said east line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 150 west, a distance of 812.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
