NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure (“Decree”) to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D01-1812-PL-000110 wherein Judith Allen was Plaintiff, and Joe Fitzpatrick and Hanna Fitzpatrick were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of July, 2019 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, Indiana, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the fee simple of the following real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Lot Number 927 as shown on the Amended Plat of Enchanted Hills Subdivision Section AA, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 131 and 163 and Boat Lot 927B as shown on the recorded plat of Enchanted Hills, Section BB, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 138 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
