By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-1701-MF-9 upon the docket of said Court, wherein MutualBank is the plaintiff and Scott L. Hand is the defendant, requiring me to make the sum of Fifty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars and 88/100 ($58,385.88) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiff against the defendant, Scott L.
