By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1604-MF-60 wherein Wendy Papagan, as Trustee of the B.K.W. Living Trust was Plaintiff, and 9346 Investments LLC was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of March, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
