NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure, a copy of which has been duly issued, certified and to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the certain cause bearing Cause Number 43C01-1501-MF-6 upon the docket of said Court, wherein Mutual Bank is the plaintiff and Sharon K. Hall f/k/a Sharon K. Clabaugh is the defendant, requiring me to make the sum of Thirty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Two and 78/100 Dollars ($34,822.78) for payment of the judgment of said plaintiff against the defendant, Sharon K.
