By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1703-MF-24 wherein Village Capital & Investment, LLC was Plaintiff, and Anthony W. Silveus, State of Indiana and KY Collect, LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of August, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number Twelve (12) in William's Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw, as recorded thereof in Plat Book 1, page 13, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
