Possemato, Nancy A. Possemato, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of July 2017, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Seven (7) in Wildwood Isle, which said plat is recorded in Plat Book 6, page 8 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
