Smith and Tim Smith aka Timmy L. Smith, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of July, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
