By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 43D03-1612-MF-000171, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, was Plaintiff, and Gregory E. Sutton, Sr., was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of August, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, as further described as follows:
Beginning at a steel bolt in the centerline of a blacktop road, said bolt being 70 Feet South of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 13; thence due South, a distance of 203.5 Feet (recorded 203.7 Feet) along the centerline of said blacktop road to a steel bolt; thence South 88 Degrees 24 Minutes 40 Seconds West (recorded South 88 Degrees 32 Minutes West), a distance of 204.2 Feet to an iron pin; thence due North, a distance of 203.7 Feet to an iron pipe; thence North 88 Degrees 28 Minutes East (recorded North 88 Degrees 32 Minutes East), a distance of 204.2 Feet back to the Place of Beginning.
