By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1611-MF-000153 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Franklin C. Shepherd a/k/a Franklin Chet Shepherd a/k/a Frank Shepherd a/k/a Frank C. Shepherd, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of July, 2017, at the hour of 10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing 120 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot Number One (1) Egro Park for a place of beginning; thence East, a distance of 120 feet to a point; thence South, a distance of 120 feet to a point; thence West, a distance of 120 feet to a point to an iron stake; thence North, a distance of 120 feet to the Place of Beginning.
