Havlin, Deceased, Occupant(s) of 408 W Courtland Dr, Silver Lake, IN 46982 and Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of August, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Number 61 and 62 in Courtland Park, Silver Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 379, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Said Plat was subsequently re-indexed by the Kosciusko County Recorder's Office and is now indexed as Plat Book 2, page 199.
