Kealey, Deceased; Frank Kealey a/k/a Frank W. Kealey; Frank Kealey a/k/a Frank W. Kealey, Heir of Nancy Kealey a/k/a Nancy M. Kealey; Gary Kealey, Heir of Nancy Kealey a/k/a Nancy M. Kealey; Paul Kealey, Heir of Nancy Kealey a/k/a Nancy M. Kealey; Daniel Kealey, Heir of Nancy Kealey a/k/a Nancy M. Kealey; Bruce Kealey, Heir of Nancy Kealey a/k/a Nancy M. Kealey; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of June, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
