By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1609-MF-000127 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Julius Walker; Jennifer Walker; N.E.W. Plumbing & Heating, Inc.; Stephan Farms LLC; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of July, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
