By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1812-MF-000119 wherein 1st Source Bank was Plaintiff, and John F. Williams; Dawn M. Williams; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of July, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A tract of land in the Town of Mentone, Kosciusko County, Indiana, beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 11 of the Original Plat of said town and running thence South 66 feet; thence West 184.7 feet to a post for a place of beginning and running thence as follows:
West 89 feet along the South side of Washington Street to a post; South on a fence line 134 feet to a post; East 49 1/2 feet to a post; North 48 1/2 feet to a post; East 39 1/2 feet to a post; North on a fence line 82 1/2 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning and containing 23/100 acre.
