By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1811-MF-000116 wherein SunTrust Bank was Plaintiff, and Ryan J. Smith, Tarina Smith a/k/a Tarina M. Smith, United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development and Midland Funding, LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of May, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Part of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 30 North, Range 5 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said West half; thence Southerly, on and along the East line of said West half, a distance of 674.2 feet; thence West, by an interior angle of 92 degrees 16 minutes and parallel to the North line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 422.6 feet; thence Northerly, by an interior angle of 85 degrees 46 minutes, on and along an existing fence line and the Northerly projection thereof, a distance of 675.5 feet to a point on the North line of said Southeast Quarter; thence East, on and along said North line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 1150 South, a distance of 399.4 feet to the Place of Beginning.
