Jeckert; Allen N. Jeckert; Retha Mae Ketcham, deceased; Melissa K. Lent, A/K/A Melissa K. Sroufe; Wawasee Community School Corporation; Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, Successor in Interest to Fingerhut Direct Marketing; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of April, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
