By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, I will offer and expose for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the 27th day of March, 2018, at 10;00 a.m., local time, of said day and shall continue until all bidders present indicate that they are no longer willing to submit any higher bids, at which point said sale shall terminate, and the property shall be sold to the highest bidder, said sale to take place at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, said real estate commonly known as 13675 N. Ashbury Ct., Nappanee, IN 46550, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot Numbered Eight (8) in the Plat of Paddlebrook Pond, Section II, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 2, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
taken as the proeprty of Ryan D. Hattery and Kelly M. Hattery at the suit of Larry Mullett as Trustee of The Henry B. Mullet and Katie A. Mullett Trust of Nappanee in the Kosciusko Court, Cause No. 43C01-1710-MF-000091 with Ryan D. Hattery and Kelly M. Hattery named as Defendants.
The aforesaid sale of real estate will be made for cash without relief from valuation and appraisement laws and without any right of redemption therefrom. The Sheriff's Department does not warrant the accuracy of the street address published herein. The Sheriff of Kosciusko County, Indiana will issue to the purchaser of the aforesaid real estate a Sheriff's Deed.
