By virtue of a certified copy of the judgment and decree of foreclosure to me directed by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 under Cause Number 43D01-1708-PL-000088, wherein Y.B.M.C. Corporation, Inc. is a Plaintiff and Kevin Keefover is Defendants; rendering in the sum of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-eight and 15/100 Dollars ($7,428.15) plus costs, and accruing costs and interest, in favor of the plaintiff, along with interest accruing through the date of sale, said judgment ordering the sale of the real estate herein after described to make assets for the payment of the sums due the plaintiff therein. I will expose for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder on the 24th day of April, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. on said date at the office of the Kosciusko County Sheriff at 221 W. Main Street, in the City of Warsaw, County of Kosciusko, Indiana, the real estate together with the rents, issues, income and profits thereof, all located at 1916 North 850 East, Pierceton, Indiana 46562 in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 992 Block 46 in Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp Resort, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded May 9, 1974, in Plat Book 6, at page 107 in the Office of the Recorder, Kosciusko County, Indiana (hereinafter "Real Estate").

Said sale will be made without any relief whatsoever from valuation and appraisement laws and for cash. The undersigned, the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, Indiana, will issue to the purchaser of said real estate a Sheriff's Deed for the real estate as by law provided under Chapter 90 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Indiana, for 1931, as amended.
