By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1709-MF-000081 wherein CIT Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Loa Ann Dahl a/k/a Loa Ann Dahl, as Trustee a/k/a Loa Ann Dahl, Trustee, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of February, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot number 15 and the East 20 feet by parallel lines of lot 14 in Bachman's Second Addition to Potawatomi Park, Syracuse Lake. Grantors also give and grant unto grantees an easement for the purpose of ingress and egress from Syracuse Lake over and upon the West 20 feet by parallel lines of Lot number 6 in the Original Plat of Potawatomi Park; a like easement being granted to all purchasers of lots in Bachman's Second Addition to Potawatomi Park.
