By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1708-MF-000080 wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Arthur C. Martin, solely in the capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of Regina Blackburn a/k/a Regina Poe, Bank of America, N.A., s/b/m to Countrywide Bank, FSB, Arthur C. Martin, Known Heir of Regina Blackburn a/k/a Regin, Zachary A. Blackburn, Known Heir of Regina Blackburn a/k/a Re and Kayla M. Shepherd, Known Heir of Regina Blackburn a/k/a Reg were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of February, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
