By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1907-MF-000073 wherein Quicken Loans Inc. was Plaintiff, and Raymond T. Escamilla and Kayla A. Escamilla, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of January, 2020 at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W.
