By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1806-MF-000070 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Brad M. Eberly; April M. Eberly; KeyBank, National Association; IMC Credit Services, LLC, D/B/A Statewide Credit Association Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of May, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Beginning at a point on the South line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 32 North, Range 5 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, 1006.5 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence West 100 feet; thence North Parallel to the West line of said Southwest Quarter, 435.6 feet to an iron pipe; thence East 100 feet to an iron pipe; thence South parallel to the West line of Southwest Quarter 435.6 feet to the place of beginning.

If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
