By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-1906-MF-000063 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs at Law of Thomas R. Allen, Deceased, Occupant(s) of 4179 West Hughes Drive, Silver Lake, IN 46982, Helvey & Associates, Inc. and State of Indiana through its Department of Revenue were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of January, 2022 at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
