By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 43D03-1805-MF-000063, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, was Plaintiff, and Christopher M. Adams, Larry D. Gadson, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of November, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Tract II: A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered 5 as shown on the recorded plat of Wildwood Park as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence East along the extension of the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 25.0 Feet; thence South parallel to the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 150.0 Feet to a point on the Easterly extension of the South line of said Lot 5; thence West along said extension, a extension, a distance of 25.0 Feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 5; thence North along the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 150.0 Feet to the aforementioned point of beginning.
